[EML3.01] Is there a size limit for email sent to my account?

There is no size limit for attachments or emails sent to your mailbox. However, by default, mailboxes have a capacity of 400MB. If you receive an email that is larger than 400MB or you otherwise reach this limit, the new mail will be stored as normal but any subsequent new mail will eventually be bounced.

You can increase the quota of your mailbox to 2GB by upgrading to a "Premium Mailbox", these are available via the "Order->Add On's" section of your customer area.
