[WBB3.09] Why can't I see the "Launch full screen rich editor" option in Web Builder

Website Builder has an inbuilt HTML editor that is accessed when building many of the pages available. To access the HTML editor the page edit control tab will display a multi-line text box to enter a paragraph and immediately above it a grey bar with "Launch full screen rich editor" in white text. This is a hyperlink taking the user to the HTML editor.

This feature is available within Internet Explorer (6 & 7) but is currently not available within the Firefox browser. This is something that we have no control over and is a quirk in how the Web Builder interacts with the browsers. Future browser updates may correct this.

Thanks go to Martyn Bellamy for highlighting the issue.
