[EML2.22] I use Freeserve/Wanadoo as my ISP and I'm having issues sending email. Why is that?

At the time of writing (note they may change this) Freeserve/Wanadoo use a transparent SMTP proxy on their network. As such, although you can still use mail.yourdomain.dom as the SMTP relay, you will not need to authenticate your SMTP. Simply un-check that option in your email client. Please note that wherever possible, we recommend you use your ISP'sSMTP server as doing so speeds up the delivery of messages.
