[EML2.15] Unable to login to the webmail with a file permissions error?

Are you getting the error:

/var/www-atmail/webmail-n/html/english/msg/login_mailautherror.html is not readable, please check file permission! 

This error is usually caused by an inconsistency with the temporary files created by your web browser. Simply enter your web browser's options menu and follow the instructions to clear the cache/temporary internet files and cookies. 

With Firefox: Tools -> Clear Private Data... 
With Internet Explorer: Tools -> Delete Browsing History...

Alternatively you can try our other 2 webmail interfaces

If none of these resolve the problem, please raise a ticket to our support team so they can investigate this in further detail.
