[LNX2.01] I cannot connect to my server. There is no response when I try to connect.

First you should try pinging your server. You can do this via the ‘Manage Dedicated Servers’ section of your control panel.

If there is no response from a ping then you can power cycle your server to try and restart it. You can do this by selecting the option the 'Manage Dedicated Servers' section of your control panel.

If your server does not respond after 30 minutes after you have power cycled then you should submit a ticket to the support team who will investigate for you.
